Marketing Services Agreement (MSA)

Operate your property directly under one of Mantra Group's brands and benefit from our leading distribution and marketing platforms, while maintaining full day-to-day operating control of your business. You pay Mantra Group for these services.

Beginning with industry best practice models, we are continually seeking to refine systems and processes and integrate our operations to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Indicative Mantra Group Fees

Brand Fee (range): 1.5% to 2.5% of Gross Rooms Revenue
Marketing Services Fee (range): 1.0% to 1.5% of Gross Rooms Revenue
Booking Fee: 10% of revenue generated by Mantra Group Central Reservations (Call Centre + online)

Agreement Term

A flexible term, typically 10 years, will be negotiated to ensure the agreement has the appropriate time to produce the best results.
