Leases

Mantra Group leases your property on a long term basis, operating the business fully independently from the landlord. We pay you a monthly rental return.

Rental

Calculated by a mutually agreed method, examples include:

  • fixed base rent per room, per year
  • variable rent, based on a percentage of revenue
  • fixed base rent, plus a performance incentive to the owner

Agreement Term

20 years, plus options


Guiding Principles

Mantra Group considers leasehold opportunities for properties in capital city CBD locations, with a minimum of 150 keys.

Leases should include all facilities required to operate the business, including guest rooms, F&B operations, conference and meeting facilities, administration and general services areas, leisure facilities, and car parking.
