The disciplined acquisition of select hotel real estate is an evolutionary addition to Mantra Group’s existing hotel operating models. It is a practice deployed occasionally, alongside our other models, in accordance with well-defined investment criteria, including a focus on:
- Established CBD assets in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane;
- Resort assets in Australia’s iconic leisure destinations, Gold Coast, Noosa, and Cairns;
- Outside of Australia, Auckland and Wellington;
- Minimum of 100 keys; and
- Opportunities (as-is or post-refurbishment) for all three brands: Peppers, Mantra, and BreakFree.
