Mantra Group has approached this challenge by developing an in-house Refurbishment Team which provides a personalised value-add service to all unit owners.
Working with interior designers and project managers, a range of value add services are provided, from complete furniture packages and common area upgrades to ad-hoc replacement items, ensuring the property’s ongoing standards are upheld and owner costs minimised.
