Leading the way in Strata Owner Services, our Owner Relations Managers (ORM’s) provide extensive support to unit owners and provide a premium personalised service. ORM’s role is to ensure owners’ assets are maintained and the performance of their investments is maximised.
Each property has a dedicated ORM who is in contact with owners regularly, both personally and via quarterly newsletters. A central email address and toll free telephone line facilitates owner enquiries.
A Quarterly Newsletter, emailed direct to each owner, for every strata property under management includes resort specific updates, regional sales and marketing updates, feature properties and resort market segmentation information.
The Owner Relations team also monitors and maintains an Equitable Distribution System (EDS) to ensure owner revenue is fairly distributed across all units within the letting pool.
