Gourmet weekend dining event with latest series winner Kate Bracks

Peppers Mineral Springs Retreat is celebrating its million dollar makeover with a gourmet dining event and weekend, showcasing the recently relaunched Wild Birch Dining Room and the culinary flair of new Executive Chef, Martin Horsley with special guest, MasterChef Series 3 winner, Kate Bracks.

Kate and Martin - former Executive Chef of MasterChef Judge Gary Mehigan's Fenix Restaurant - will prepare and present an exquisite seven-course MasterChef Spring Degustation Dinner with matching Victorian and International wines, showcasing the spectacular flavours of Spring, local Daylesford produce and rare beef sourced from the property's own farm, Birch Estate. Dessert specialist, Kate Bracks, fresh from completing her new cookbook, will create a surprise dessert to complete this evening of gastronomic pleasure.

The complete MasterChef Gourmet Weekend package includes 2 nights' accommodation on Friday 4 & Saturday 5 November, cocktail party on Friday evening, MasterChef Spring Degustation Dinner and gourmet buffet breakfast each morning from $675 per person in a traditional hotel room in the Manor House, with options to upgrade to Spa Suites, Terrace Rooms or Villas.

For those wanting to attend just the MasterChef Spring Degustation Dinner on Saturday 5 November, tickets are $225 per person.
