Peppers announces new retreat in Byron Hinterland
Peppers has expanded its collection of retreats, resorts and hotels with the launch of Peppers Coorabell Retreat in the Byron Hinterland, NSW.
The tranquil rainforest retreat, which has been managed by Mantra Group since December 2004 and formerly known as Casuarina Lodge, will officially become Peppers Coorabell Retreat on September 1 after the completion of a substantial refurbishment program.
Mantra Group chief executive officer Bob East said the retreat is a perfect addition to the Peppers collection of well-appointed retreats.
"Recent refurbishments have transformed the property. Peppers Coorabell Retreat now perfectly embodies the ideals of the Peppers brand - renowned for its irresistible and indulgent range of escapes selectively located throughout Australia and New Zealand,'' he said.
Located just an hour south of Gold Coast Airport and two hours south of Brisbane's Domestic and International Airports, Peppers Coorabell Retreat offers 18 tastefully decorated Rainforest and Hinterland View Suites which reflect the retreat's tranquil setting.
The transformation of Peppers Coorabell Retreat was designed by Rouba Alamein of 'The Style Salon' - a leading Sydney stylist specialising in high end destination weddings and events.
The retreat's onsite restaurant Wilson's by the Creek has also been re-designed and features a tranquil dinning atmosphere with relaxation areas, antique Indian day beds, Ralph Lauren wallpaper, new artwork, lighting and bathrooms.
Like all Peppers retreats, Peppers Coorabell Retreat is dedicated to providing a personalised and unique experience which flows through to their dining facilities, where fine cuisine is coupled with great service.
Peppers Coorabell Retreat is situated at the heart of 66 acres of luscious hinterland and sub-tropical rainforest delivering the perfect escape from the trappings of modern life.
First class facilities include a swimming pool and heated outdoor spa, chill-out area, barbeque area, boules and rainforest walking tracks for the more adventurous.
