Indulge in a Peppers triple treat of champagne, canapes and the classics
Immerse yourself in an intimate night of magnificent music and divine cuisine at Peppers Manor House on August 13 with the inaugural Chopin and Champagne Soiree Dinner.
The charming Peppers Retreat in the picturesque Southern Highlands is the ideal location to host such a sophisticated evening, promising a soiree-style concert of classical music accompanied with champagne and sweet canapés, followed by a sensational three-course dining experience.
Begin the night in the retreat's majestic Great Hall with a 'Chopin and Champagne' soiree performed by local pianist Ambre Hammond, a soloist, motivational speaker and recording artist who has fond memories of her first 'job' at just 11 years old playing for guests at Peppers Manor House.
Now Ambre will return to the retreat as part of her national concert series which focuses on the music of influential French-Polish composer Frederic Chopin and the composers who both inspired him and were inspired by him.
After savouring the timeless arrangements of Chopin, Liszt, Beethoven, Debussy, Piazzola and Gershwin and Ambre's narrative of each piece, guests will feast on a special three-course dinner in award-winning Katers Restaurant, all for $125 per person.
Such a captivating concert doesn't have to be a once-only experience... for an additional $110 per person, enjoy a second performance on Sunday from 1.30-2.30pm with champagne, canapés and a delicious High Tea.
To really make the most of such an ambient classical event, indulge over the entire weekend for $410* per couple per night for the Chopin and Champagne Soiree Package, which includes the Chopin and Champagne Soiree Dinner as well as overnight accommodation and a full breakfast the following morning in Katers Restaurant.
