Gold Coast SUNS pitch in for charity cricket match
Mantra Group executives will dust off their whites and oil up the willow at their annual charity cricket challenge at Kerrydale Oval at Robina this Sunday 27 February.
The 2011 Austar Mantra Group Cricket Challenge will deliver an action-packed day of entertainment, hospitality and family fun.
Corporate sponsorship, raffle tickets and match day sales are expected to raise more than $50,000 for Red Cross' Good Start Breakfast Club program.
Players from the Gold Coast SUNS will also be in attendance in the afternoon to watch the hoteliers cut a dashing figure at the crease and sign merchandise for spectators.
Last year, the Gold Coast based accommodation group, who own and operate the Peppers, Mantra and BreakFree brands, raised $25,000 for Red Cross.
