After a record year in FY17, we begin this financial year with a number of impressive acquisitions.
After adding six properties totalling 2,449 keys in FY17, Mantra Group is set to add a hotel group and four stand alone properties to the portfolio this financial year.
The acquisition of the iconic Art Series Hotel Group, comprising a portfolio of seven luxury hotels, once again demonstrates Mantra Group’s ability to find and secure large assets. Standalone properties already signed and scheduled to open in FY18 include Mantra MacArthur (ACT-176 rooms), FV Peppers Residences (QLD- 651 rooms with a third tower to open beyond FY18), Mantra Albury (NSW- 158 rooms), and Mantra Southport Sharks (QLD- 100 rooms).
Further new signings set to enter the portfolio by FY20 include Peppers Queenstown (NZ- 260 rooms), Peppers Southbank (VIC- 164 rooms), Mantra 900 Hay Street (WA- 250 rooms), Mantra Epping (VIC- 212 rooms), Mantra Wallaroo Shores Resort (SA- 100 rooms), and Mantra Sky Hotel Tekapo (NZ- 100).
In addition to these secured properties, we are looking forward to capitalising on targeted opportunities in our acquisition pipeline.
