The Rebranding of Mantra French Quarter, Noosa
We are pleased to announce that the re-launch event for Mantra French Quarter went extremely well, with many high profile people, including Pat Rafter in attendance. Great exposure from media outlets were given, in the form of the two major television stations promoting the resort and event in prime time news, and a large number of online websites and newspapers around Queensland picking up the story. Disclosure - Operator may lease or own lots
The operator or an associated entity of the Operator may own or Lease units in the Scheme. Whether a participating unit is let or not will depend on the requirements of the guests of units in the Scheme, and the quality and the standard of the Participating unit and its contents. The operator is required to impartially manage and the letting of the participating units in the Scheme. Apartments owned or leased by the Operator or its associated entities may also be participating units and the Operator will be required to impartially manage and let those apartments as part of the Scheme.
Credit Card Fees 30/9/10
In response to feedback from Owners at many of our strata-titled properties, in relation to the current practice of charging Owners credit card fees on resort direct bookings, Mantra Group will be trialling an exciting new procedure designed to reduce costs to owners. This procedure involves charging guests, instead of Owners, for credit card commissions on resort direct bookings.
The procedure will be trialled at each property before a final decision and policy will be implemented. The new process will commence 01 July, 2010. When paying for their booking at a property level, guests will now pay the relevant fee when paying by either Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Diners Card. During the trial period we will carefully gauge guest/ consumer feedback as well as the benefit to Owners.
We look forward to continuing to find ways of improving our service and returns to Owners.
