All part of the Peppers Gourmet Food Trail – a national program of gourmet events, packages and offerings – the three events promise to capture the essence of summer dining.
Visit the tranquil beachside hamlet of Palm Cove from 25 to 27 October for ‘A VIP Stop on the Tropical Trail’ at Peppers Beach Club & Spa; an indulgent three night escape that includes a five course degustation dinner on the Saturday night with matched wines by expert wine critic and the evening’s host, Nick Stock, editor of the Good Wine Guide.

From 1 to 2 November, Peppers Salt Resort & Spa Kingscliff will showcase the abundance of fresh produce from the Tweed at Season Restaurant with a two day gourmet event.
Guests will be welcomed on Friday with a gourmet hamper of local produce and tasting plate on arrival followed by a two-course dinner at leisure.
The following morning includes full buffet breakfast followed by a lunch time local food and wine tasting event poolside at Peppers and with a five-course degustation dinner with matched wines on Saturday evening, incorporating the rich seasonal produce of the Tweed coast and hinterland. Season’s Swiss born Chef Martin Glutz will treat guests to his gourmet expertise drawn from over 15 years experience running such high calibre kitchens as Vanitas Restaurant at Palazzo Versace Hotel, La Fontaine Restaurant on Hayman Island, and Tony Bilson’s former Ampersand Restaurant in Sydney.
