Mantra Group's Rising Stars Program assists aspiring Team Members to move into leadership roles and reach their full potential. A Rising Star's journey begins with the development of a personal growth plan to identify short and long term goals, areas of focus and a six month action plan. Rising Stars undertake comprehensive training and receive guidance to help achieve their personal goals.

Team Member of the Month (TMOM)

Nominations for Team Member of the Month are always open and aim to reward the outstanding efforts of individuals. TMOM is divided regionally or by property (if the property has more than 50 Team Members). Winners receive a certificate and a voucher for one night's accommodation.

Milestones

We celebrate our Mantra Group veterans. For each year of service, you'll receive a certificate of appreciation. When you reach 5, 10, 15 and 20 years of service, you'll also receive a complimentary stay at a Mantra Group property.

Salary Sacrificing

Learning and Development

Team Member interests are supported with Mantra Group's plethora of learning and development opportunities which include traineeships/apprenticeships, study/education assistance and internal training courses

Study and Education Assistance

Mantra Group is supportive of Team Members who are studying to obtain industry or tertiary accreditation. Eligible Team Members are encouraged to apply for Mantra Group's Study and Education Assistance which includes paid study leave and fee reimbursements.
