Mantra Group team information
We pride ourselves on offering our team members – this could be you - the opportunity to develop and grow in their chosen career by providing a range of development programs.
We also believe that it's important to recognise and reward our team members for their contributions to ensure we achieve our company mission and realise our vision while living our company values.
Industry Placements and Graduate Opportunities
If you're a hotel school student looking to do your internship placement, simply send through a copy of your resume to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you're about to graduate or have recently graduated, we'd also love to hear from you!
Mantra Group considers sponsoring international residents for selected positions on a case-by-case basis. However sponsorship typically occurs for positions that require a particular skill-set that has been difficult to recruit within Australia. If you hold a pre-approved working holiday visa we are happy to accept your application.
Our Rising Stars Program
The Rising Stars Program helps aspiring Team Members to move into leadership roles and explore their full potential. A Rising Star's journey begins with a personal growth plan to identify short and long term goals, areas of focus and a six month action plan.
As a Rising Star, you’ll receive comprehensive training and guidance to help you achieve your personal goals.
The Service and Sales Stars Programs
The Service Stars program recognises Team Members who exemplify our ‘service with interest’ and our Knowing What Matters service philosophy.
Service Stars are the champions of customer service; both internally and externally and they are considered to be the top tier in service in the organisation.
Sales Stars is an internal accolade award for Team Members who undertake specific training and achieve outstanding results in follow-up reviews.
Team Member Benefits
Mantra Group Team Members have access to a wide range of industry perks such as discounts on insurance, magazine subscriptions, health cover, telecommunications, appliances, bedding and of course accommodation, in all your favourite destinations.
There's no waiting period, so you can start claiming from your first day - many benefits look after family and friends as well.
Rewards and Recognition
Rewarding Team Members is a positive experience shared by all. In addition to Team Member of the Month, we recognise excellence with monthly and annual awards, random acts of kindness and performance based salary reviews.
Team Member of the Month
Nominations for Team Member of the Month are always open and aim to reward the outstanding individual efforts. Team Member of the Month is divided regionally or by property (if the property has more than 50 Team Members). Winners receive a certificate and a voucher towards accommodation at a hotel of their choice.
We celebrate our Mantra Group veterans. For each year of service, you'll receive a certificate of appreciation. When you reach 5, 10, 15 and 20 years of service, you'll also receive a complimentary stay at a Mantra Group property.
Get more bang for your buck! Our salary sacrificing program enables Team Members to package just about anything - you can even claim back on your next Mantra Group holiday!

Team Member goals are supported by Mantra Group's extensive range of learning and development opportunities that include traineeships and apprenticeships, study and education assistance and internal training courses.
