"I have been with Mantra Group for 4 years now & I am enjoying it thoroughly. I first started out as a relief receptionist and soon landed a full-time reception role, I was then promoted to Front Office Manager. I was then given a chance to take on a role as a General Manager at one our smaller properties. So here I am 4 years on, and what can I say but I love my job! I will admit it does get demanding at times, as with any job, but I wouldn't change it. I look forward to learning & achieving so much more whilst I am here at this building & in time look forward to progressing even further with the Mantra Group"

Kristy from Mantra says:

"My journey with Mantra Group started in October 05 as a Reservations Consultant, from there I joined the Sales Team. Realising Resort Operations was my main interest I then experienced the role of Executive Assistant for Mantra & BreakFree. My interest grew when a new property was opening and I was excited to be part of opening a new property.

My experiences over the past 2.5 years at Mantra Group have been challenging but at the same time rewarding and I am excited to see, as my interest & knowledge grows, just where this could take me within the Mantra Group."

"After completing her Certificate IV in Human Resources in less than 12 months, Kirstin was promoted from Payroll Officer to Regional Human Resources Officer for the Brisbane/Northern Gold Coast region. Kirstin has now enrolled in a Diploma of Business Management (Human Resources) to further develop her skills. “The online learning environment provided a great platform for me to acquire new skills. The regular contact with my tutor was very motivating and I was able to fast-track some of my assessment through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)."
