How do I apply for a job?

Simply email a copy of your resume through to careers@mantragroup.com.au. Be sure to specify your top three position and location preferences.

Please check the accuracy of your contact details and ensure your referees have been notified of your application.

What is the recruitment process?

1. Shortlisted applicants are contacted
2. Interviews take place (face-to-face/ teleconference)
3. Citizenship/Visa status verified
4. Reference checks performed
5. Validation of certificates/licenses (depending on position requirements)
6. Successful candidate receives offer of employment
7. Unsuccessful candidates (who have attended an interview) are contacted

Industry Placements

If you're a hotel school student looking to do your internship placement, simply send through a copy of your resume to careers@mantragroup.com.au. If you're about to graduate or have recently graduated, we'd also love to hear from you!

Non-Residents

Mantra Group considers sponsorship of international residents for selected positions on a case-by-case basis. However sponsorship typically occurs for positions that require a particular skill-set that has been difficult to recruit within the Australian labour market. For those that hold a pre-approved working holiday visa we are happy to accept your application.
